Alejandro started playing the violin and piano in 2009 through the CEU Extension Program. In 2014, he graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Music in Music Education Major in Violin from St. Paul University Manila under the tutelage of Jorge Joy Sababan, Dino Decena and Proceso Yusi. Alejandro was a member of the Paulinian Chamber Orchestra and St. Paul University Manila Chorale when he was still in the university.
After his college graduation, he took viola lessons at the MSO Music Academy under Arturo Molina and eventually joined the Manila Symphony Orchestra as violist in 2017. He has since performed with the orchestra in its gala concerts, special concerts, outreach concerts, and tours including its first international concert tour in the 5th Hunhe River Symphony Art Festival held in the Shenjing Grand Theater, Shenyang, China in 2019. Alejandro is currently under the guidance of Maurice Ivan Saraza.
